Our 8-year-old house had suffered severe sun damage to south-facing cedar siding and roof fascias. Rather than keep staining it every couple of years, with it becoming more and more of a fire hazard, we decided to replace it all with Longboard faux-wood aluminum siding. We contracted Avalanche Exteriors to remove the existing siding and to supply and install the new product. We could not be happier with their work. Despite the fact that installation required a lot of clambering over scaffolding and roofs and working at awkward angles in very hot sun, they were thorough, precise, and professional throughout. The finished installation looks excellent and appears to be almost identical to the original cedar siding when that was brand new.
